Supporting a child or teen with anxiety can be overwhelming at times. Finding the right mental health professional who takes the time to understand you and your child, AND uses evidence-based strategies to promote positive change can be equally challenging. I hope to be that person for you. It is my goal to make high-quality, comprehensive anxiety treatment more accessible to families nationwide. With every family I meet, I seek to offer families a sense of hope for concerns that have been impacting their children’s lives, while making strategies sustainable and even fun for kids! The integrative nature of my approach includes options to coordinate with schools, community members, and extended family so they, too, can effectively support children with anxiety in the places that matter most. I coach others in ways to validate a child’s feelings while encouraging children to approach - rather than avoid anxiety-provoking situations.
