I have worked with patients suffering from a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, disordered eating, relational difficulties, and life transitions. I enjoy working with patients who are curious, introspective, and open to experiencing themselves differently. I will help in identifying current self-narratives, and will support you in rewriting scripts that are inaccurate and no longer serving you. I see immense value in examining childhood experiences and family dynamics and will help you process past experiences to reduce the hold they may have on you today.
