With over 20 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, I am adept at helping people of all ages (4 and up) handle depression, anxiety, stress, loss, relationship problems, and transitions. I am trained to utilize both cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches and create an approach that is unique to each individual. My goal is to provide a space where people feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, and in a non-judgmental manner, we will create a strengths-based approach to accomplishing your goals for therapy.
