Finding the right therapist can be daunting, and I honor the courage required of entering therapy. I prioritize empathy, compassion, and genuine connection in my work with emerging and established adults, creating a safe and strong therapeutic alliance to support change. I primarily use an insight-oriented approach to therapy, helping clients better understand their own subjective experience by exploring past experiences and relationships and identifying patterns of behavior that influence their current presentation today; however, I adapt my approach to the needs of each client.
