Hi, I’m Dr. Amanda Mikell, a licensed clinical psychologist with 19-years of experience supporting adults who are capable, driven, and often overwhelmed. I offer a supportive, practical, and non-judgmental approach to help you move through your challenges, manage stress, reduce feelings of anxiety or depression, and improve your quality of life.
