I founded Strategic Psychological Services with the mission to achieve a safer/stronger community by providing care focused on building resilience, understanding, and connection. We currently offer individual, couples therapy, groups and workshops in person and online. Evaluations/consults are available for Court/Attorneys/Schools/LE/Corporate/Agencies. Evaluation/contract services and managing the practice take up most of my work, but I keep a small therapy caseload for clients I'm passionate about and who I feel I have the best skillset to treat (High Stress Occupations, Young Professionals, Safety Personnel, Life Stressors, Confidence Issues, Anxiety/Intrusive Thoughts).
