My ideal client is an adult, aged 18 and older, who is navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. They may be struggling with eating disorders, PTSD stemming from various types of trauma—including childhood trauma, complex trauma, or single-incident trauma—depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and women’s health concerns, such as postpartum mental health struggles. I also enjoy working with college-aged students who are adjusting to the demands of academic life, independence, and evolving relationships.
