I provide therapy for adults (18+) with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. I also provide ADHD evaluations of adults (18+). I enjoy helping therapy clients restore their relationship with food and eating, improve their body image, and learn to experience and express underlying emotions in healthy ways. I aim to provide my therapy clients with a safe and supportive space where they will feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
