I help clients implement strategies to alleviate symptoms, recognize and change problematic patterns in thinking and acting, and develop skills to manage life’s inevitable storms. I believe with the right support and tools, we can make intentional changes to create a more satisfying life. I also conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to provide diagnostic clarity and inform interventions for learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, giftedness, and complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
