I work with couples, families and children. I believe that when you are feeling stuck, whether it is with your relationship's security, sexual intimacy, your family's communication, your child's behavior or the confusion you may have with your life's circumstances, seeking guidance is the first step to creating change in your life. With couples I work with them to make sense of negative patterns and disconnect (emotionally and sexually), while rebuilding trust and communication. When working with children, I have found that the inclusion of caregivers is the greatest way for a family to reach their goal.
