As an expert on the Superwoman schema, I provide a supportive & empowering space to navigate the pressures of strength, self-sacrifice, & high expectations. We will unlearn patterns of over-functioning, manage anxiety/depression, learn appropriate boundaries, and cultivate healthier relationships with yourself and others. My goal is to support you in embracing vulnerability, prioritizing your mental health, and redefining strength on your own terms. I also specialize in helping couples truly understand each other beyond just words. I teach foundational communication skills—like active listening, interpreting intent, and recognizing the emotions behind what’s being said. My goal is to help you break unhealthy patterns and build a deeper, more connected relationship.
