I work with individuals who are open to exploring their story, not only the facts of what happened but the deep emotional imprints that early harm has left behind. You may struggle to trust, to receive love, or to feel at home in your own body. Underneath these struggles is often a younger part of you still holding pain that has not yet been named or tended to with care and compassion.
