Our minds and bodies have a fascinating connection deeply influenced by our life experiences. Sometimes we endure great duress, while other times we experience much joy, and through it all, we learn to persevere through the ups and downs. Therapy is a space to learn how to cope with various stressors while building on your individual strengths. I enjoy working with adult and older adult clients eager to try therapy for the first time, sort through intergenerational trauma, relational distress, grief, loss, anger, and stress management. Additionally, I provide support for those caring for a loved one with mild/moderate dementia.
