I offer a free phone consultation before setting up our initial meeting, because I believe that it is important to make sure that clients and therapists are a good match for each other. Although it may be difficult at times to share our life experiences with one another, I have seen that working through our most challenging life events is what helps us grow the most. I love talking with teens, adults, and athletes about the challenges and changes they want to conquer in their life, and I am motivated to be a part of the new lifestyle that people choose to develop for themselves. I am experienced in both sport and health psychology.
