I have an affinity for working with people who have suffered from childhood abuse. Many people who have experienced childhood abuse have low-self esteem, depression, and anxiety. These conditions cause people to have difficulties connecting with others, maintaining a steady job or to have healthy families. Such individuals may have insecure or avoidant attachment styles, are going through IVF or living in solitude not by choice. Other clientele may have difficulty holding onto a job or believe that people are out to get them. I see both individuals and couples and also do brainspotting and EMDR intensives.
