My name is Amy Sandridge, and I am a psychotherapist. One purpose of therapy is to feel better in your life. I will help you make connections so that you can better see how what you are doing, or have done, has formed you. Sometimes the goal is to just stop hitting your head against a brick wall. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, genograms, and psychotherapy I will help you towards a sense of well-being and improved personal relationships. It is best to understand your past, to reframe it when necessary and, then, to turn the page.
