Every person I meet is unique and requires an individualized approach. I'm eclectic in both theory and in practice, so I personally tailor my outlook based on your needs and personality to find the direction best suited for you. Right now is an exceptional time requiring all of us to make changes; to adjust to a variety of stressors we hadn't even considered a short time ago. Thought processes, behaviors, and coping techniques are different. My goal is to help you adapt, by providing support and guided direction by utilizing the tools that are already in place while adding new perspectives and suggestions. We will work as a team. I conduct secure and private HIPAA compliant teletherapy sessions to maintain face-to-face encounters from the comfort of your home, as well as in-person sessions at my Farmington Hills office. At this time, most insurance companies reimburse for both in-person and telesessions, leaving you with the flexibility needed for these changing times.
