I am a NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctoral Degree in Social Work. For the last decade I have worked with youth, adults, and families healing from trauma and PTSD. I specialize in working with individuals who have been impacted by child sexual abuse, sexual violence, and domestic violence as well as those coping with grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. Therapy is a relationship. We'll work together to define your goals and make a plan that will help you achieve them. I provide a trauma-informed, client centered space that supports healing and empowerment. I am trained and certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
