Are you ready to return home to yourself? I'm a liberation psychologist who specializes in healing from oppression-based traumas. I provide care for the carers, including activists, caregivers, people pleasers, and high achievers who give everything to everyone and need a space to rest, be themselves, and receive the care they so freely give to others.
