Hello! I am here to help. Whether it’s emotions or behaviors that feel out of control at times, or thoughts that feel like they are in control of you, I can teach you the skills you will need to take control in your life. Although by trade I am a clinical psychologist, I also think of myself as a teacher. My work involves collaborating with clients in a partnership to solve the problems that make it hard to live a happy, fulfilling life.
