Finding a therapist can be a difficult task that can take a few "tries" before finding a person you feel comfortable with. A therapist should be someone you feel a connection with and believe will fit your personality. As a therapist, I utilize not only my educational experience in this field but also my life experience with mental health difficulties. I can work with individuals facing difficult life stressors and/or mental health disorders that impair life functioning. I can provide faith-based services for those seeking spiritual guidance as well.
