Dr. Andrew Harris, founder of California Mental Health Network, is a clinician, advocate, and leader with over a decade of experience in youth corrections, child welfare, community corrections, and behavioral health. Dr. Harris’s research on racial and cultural concordance explores how provider-client alignment impacts engagement. Through his doctoral studies at the University of Colorado Denver, he is expanding his expertise to improve service delivery models.
