I specialize in working with adults who have the following concerns: Lack of productivity, Anxiety, Depression and/or Relationship issues. My approach to therapy is collaborative and catered to your specific needs. I am direct and active in session (as opposed to being a passive listener); I believe that this creates the most potential for rapid progress and growth. In addition to alleviating symptoms, therapy should enhance wellness, which is why I am passionate about using interventions that build upon your unique strengths, values and skills to help you reach your goals.
