My ideal clients include children adolescents experiencing depression related to identity challenges, family conflict, and low self-esteem. These youth often benefit from developing stability in at least one area of their lives and strengthening their ability to set and maintain healthy boundaries within their environments. When their core needs are acknowledged and supported, they can reduce self-blame and experience meaningful decreases in depressive symptoms. I am also deeply interested in working with couples who are seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, or navigate significant transitions.
