I am currently accepting new clients and would love to support you on your journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, or the ups and downs of life transitions, therapy can be a space for relief, clarity, and growth. I have worked with all ages and many conditions. I also have experience in working with neurodivergent individuals across the life span (including ADHD, ASD, OCD), and I approach every session with openness, curiosity, and compassion. My clients often describe me as warm, validating, and easy to talk to.
