Life after trauma can leave you feeling on high alert—tired, anxious, and unsure if you’ll ever feel safe again. I understand how isolating that can be, and I believe no one should face it alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can share your story, understand your experiences, and begin to feel more grounded. I work with adults struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many clients come because of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or patterns that still affect their daily lives. My approach creates a safe environment for healing.
