Now that we have made it through the holidays, it is time to focus on a new you! I specialize in depression, PTSD, and anxiety. In addition, I also support clients with substance use, depression, OCD, family issues, stress management, anger, grief, loss, relationships, women’s issues, identity struggles, life transitions, and chronic medical conditions. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma and depression In our first session, we will get to know one another, complete an intake, and set goals together. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported as you begin building resilience and working toward healing.
