Many young adults reach a point where they realize something from childhood still lives in their body, their relationships, or their sense of self. You may function well on the outside, yet feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, hypervigilant, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You might love your parents and still carry pain. You might want healing even if your family does not. You don’t need permission to heal. I specialize in working with young adults who are ready to address and repair childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and relational patterns rooted in early experiences. Healing does not require parental participation, acknowledgment, or change. Whether your parents choose to engage or not, your healing is still possible.
