As a clinical psychologist at Continuum Psych, a multidisciplinary mental health practice, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. I offer evidence-based, strengths-focused therapy that is collaborative and affirming of neurodiversity. With a background in developmental and psychological assessment, I take a holistic approach that considers each person's unique experiences, strengths, needs, and values. I have extensive training in interventions that address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and I tailor these approaches to meet each child, teen, young adult, or family where they are. I also bring specialized experience in supporting neurodivergent clients, including individuals on the autism spectrum.
