Feeling anxious? Overwhelmed? Depressed? I am here to help. I specialize in helping you bringing yourself back to who you truly are at your core. I believe that counseling is like a puzzle and it is my job to help put the puzzle pieces together. I’m here to help you get back to a place of peace. With child and teen clients, I am deeply passionate about helping with anxiety, especially school-related anxiety. Having personally struggled with school anxiety, I bring not only clinical knowledge but also lived understanding to the work I do. I also provide clinical supervision, including preparation towards clinical licensure.
