I have been practicing as a civilian psychotherapist since 1997. I gained enormous experience serving for over a decade as an Army officer, and combat veteran, tasked with providing spiritual, psychological and behavioral health care. I worked with individuals and families on a wide range of issues from severe trauma to adjusting to a permanent change of station. My clients are diverse in every way. My experience is extraordinarily deep and broad. and my practice very inclusive. You will receive unconditional positive regard no matter how you feel about yourself or what you have done. Therapy with me is kind and wise. I have long served victims of violence against women, victims of any trauma especially sexual. My main focus is on resilience and adaptation.
