I work at Harvard Medical School/Mass General Brigham. I am a clinical psychologist and research faculty member. I specialize in trauma-informed care and I use culturally responsive techniques to assess and treat PTSD and mood disorders. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities, which I combine with expertise in cultural aspects of healing. I can help you set goals, explore deeper issues, make real-life changes, and start to feel better in fewer sessions. I am licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and California and welcome patients from both states (teletherapy).
