Hello! I'm Dr. B., a licensed certified social worker (LCSW) with a PhD in Social Work from KU. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy (EFT). I am a certified Smart Recovery Facilitator and incorporate both Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into my clinical work. One of my favorite modalities is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a collaborative therapy where we use a variety of different therapeutic techniques to help you live in alignment with what is most important to you!
