Everyone experiences emotions in life that can be overwhelming and anxiety-ridden. Many of these reflect inner conflicts but also unresolved past experiences. I help my patients work toward alleviating the symptoms they bring to therapy while also encouraging them to take an intimate look at what is contributing to their struggles so that long-term change becomes possible. While it is often challenging, psychotherapy can lead to a clearer and grounded sense of self and safer relationships with others. Taking the time and using the intensity of more frequent sessions allow to build the trust needed for meaningful transformation.
