I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing therapy and psychological testing (e.g., IQ testing, ADHD, etc). I work with all ages, specializing in children/teens and young adults. I also serve as an adjunct professor in graduate programs, which keeps me closely connected to real-world challenges like perfectionism, self-doubt, stress, and pressure in early career adults. With a warm and change-focused approach, I hope to help you increase awareness and live a life aligned with your goals and values! I value using evidence-based approaches that have been shown to be helpful in research.
