As a couple and family therapist, I'm passionate about helping people address all types of relational problems. These can look different for everyone, but they include anything that negatively impacts you or how you interact with the people in your life. I believe the stories we tell ourselves have a very powerful impact on our lives and how we see the world. Many times, those stories end up holding us back in some way. I guide the therapy process as you change those narratives to be more in line with the life you want to live. My goal is to help people create a life where they feel empowered, courageous, and authentic.
