Emerge. I like to assist people of diverse ages and backgrounds to emerge from different challenges. These difficulties may include the stress of daily life, single or repeated experiences of trauma, abuse, and neglect, relationship difficulties, problems with self-acceptance, life transitions, anxious and depressive feelings, and more. Most of us struggle to live in the moment with self-acceptance. In my 15+ years as a Psychologist, I have successfully worked with many people to decrease self-limiting thoughts, feelings of self-blame, worries, and stress so that they can live with more freedom, joy, and self-compassion.
