Yet therapy reminds us of our connection.Through exploring your story, both your suffering and strengths, a unique therapeutic process emerges for each person. In my practice, I see adults, college students, and couples who are struggling with their moods, anxieties or relationships. I use an integrative therapeutic model approach (psychodynamic, CBT, IPT, etc...) that is rooted in humanism.
