I help clients regulate their nervous systems, release stored trauma, and reconnect with their creative flow. My work combines psychology, neuropsychology, EMDR, and somatic therapy to support deep healing and sustainable transformation. Many of my clients are high-performing professionals and creatives who want to feel grounded, confident, and expressive again, both in life and in their work. A graduate of Duke University with a doctorate from Pepperdine, I also consult with actors and writers on the psychology of character and story.
