I understand that the responsibilities of life and psychological blocks can hold us back from reaching our true success. Through humor, creative problem solving, and other methods rooted in mental health counseling interventions I assist individuals in moving from the idea phase to the reality of their success. I understand that life's transitions can be overwhelming, isolating and scary, but I am committed to walking through those moments with my clients and helping them achieve their goals unlocking their unique potential.
