I specialize in working with clients who are high-achieving college students, early career professionals, or are in the medical and/or helping profession. I have expertise in helping clients who struggle with perfectionism, panic, managing their stress and anxiety as well as other symptoms that come with transitions and being in the helping field. I also have a knack for helping clients develop skills of assertiveness, which often times is the culprit for feeling anxious, depressed, and having difficulty navigating professional and personal relationships.
