When life starts to feel overwhelming, you can feel stuck and powerless to change it. Whether it’s parenting a child with daily tantrums, pushing yourself as a high schooler to get into a top college, or navigating the challenges of independence as a young adult, you don't have to figure it out alone. I help children, teens, and young adults understand what’s driving their emotions and behaviors, and test out practical strategies to feel more confident, connected, and in control. I also work with parents directly when their child is too young or reluctant to attend individual therapy.
