I'm a compassionate, concerned and empathetic therapist who wants to provide you "armor to go out and fight your life battles." More times than not, life and its stressors cause depression, anxiety, relationship issues, etc., that can make it difficult to function in everyday settings such as work and with family during interactions. I strive to provide counseling to help you move closer towards your goals and decrease/eliminate the severity of your symptoms.
