Welcome to a critically important step. If you are here you are a person who wants to use the tool of therapy to help enable change. You want to not just glean insight but use insight driven action to move you forward. My experience and focus in my practice and education are trauma informed care using both EMDR and traditional talk therapy techniques, couples therapy and grief and loss, divorce issues, and faith/spirituality issues. I have enjoyed helping a number of clients reach their goals and commit to change.
