Parenting a young child can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. When your child is struggling with big feelings or acting defiantly, it can leave you feeling overwhelmed, unsure of what to do, and even questioning yourself as a parent. You are not alone. I specialize in supporting parents of young children through these difficult moments. I believe wholeheartedly in the power parents have to shape their children’s healthy development and resilience. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you better understand your child’s needs while also recognizing and strengthening the wisdom. Using Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I provide in-the-moment coaching. This will help caregivers understand their child’s behaviors through a developmental and relational lens, while exploring how parents’ own experiences, strengths, and stressors influence their parenting.
