As a clinical psychologist, I have devoted my career to supporting the social-emotional development of children and adolescents. While the specific focus of therapy is individualized according to each child’s needs, much of the work I do centers around helping individuals develop self-awareness, healthy relationships, problem solving skills, and the ability to identify, regulate, and express emotions adaptively. I also regularly collaborate with parents to identify and address patterns of behavior and communicate with their children more effectively.
