Together, we’ll work to untangle what’s weighing you down and move toward healing and clarity. As a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide a safe, supportive space for teens and adults to explore what’s holding them back. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches like CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques we'll work together towards meaningful change.
