My focus in therapy is growing my clients. They come to see me because they feel stuck or in pain from work, family or their romantic relationship. All of this is natural and predictable. Life is challenging. We need to know ourselves well enough to define our direction by finding meaningful work. Learning relationship skills are key to making love last forever. Resolving childhood wounds frees most of us to forgive ourselves and our parents to love more deeply. Partnership parenting is another important skill set.
