I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Licensed Clinical Social Worker that specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and work with adults where traditional psychotherapies have been ineffective. I work with a broad range of emotional and behavioral problems. I have advanced training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and work with patients with many issues (grief, career issues, life transitions and others). My training also includes helping patients to better manage their physical health and lifestyles to achieve optimal health.
