Dr. Belinda Carrasco brings over 20 years of clinical experience and has held academic appointments at Columbia University and New York University, as well as senior leadership roles within government and health technology organizations. She provides psychotherapy to adults experiencing relationship difficulties, work-related dissatisfaction, anxiety, depression, fears, and challenges related to identity, self-worth, and major life transitions. Dr. Carrasco also has extensive experience working with trauma, including relational and developmental trauma.
